The winch shall be designed and constructed as specified herein. The winch shaU consist of an air-motor-driven, single drum assemb

3、led in a Complete, compact unit on a mounting base. The winch shall be equipped with a cable and swivel-hook, with safety latch, speed of not less than 120 feet per minute (fpm). The air consumption at the rated load and speed shail be not more than 3 15 cubic feet per minute (ch) (60 degrees Fahren
