Abstract. adhesive (pa) tap repair kit for the Parka and Trwsers, Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (m) . This camrercia

2、l item description covers a pressure sensitive 1.1 Description. ply bag containing a highly aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive tap (3 by 15 inches) with a rubber based adhesive specifically fomlated for cold temperatures below O%, a thermoset piprethane barrier coating anti a nylon tricot knit s

3、ubstrate, set on a differential silicone coated release liner (folded, not rolled); and an unfolded instruction sheet on how to and where to apply the tap, instructions facing out. The repair kit shall consist of a zip lock (resealable) 1.2 Material. 1.2.1 Kit bag. closure. length and 4-1/2 _+ 1/2 i

Test Methoci: Peel Adhesion for Single Coated Pressure Sensitive Tape 180 Angle. - 2/ Peel Bond is measured using camrercial industries Polyten Tack Test Method. 1.2.3 Barrier taue coating. adhesive and the t

8、ricot knit substrate shall be thermoset polyurethane and with a thickness of 2 f 0.25 mil. The barrier tape coating in bebeen the 1.2.4 Cloth, for adhesive tam. The cloth for adhesive tape shall be made of nylon, tricot knit and weigh 1.5 _+ 0.3 oz. per square yard. 1.2.5 Dimensions. 1/16 by 15 _+ 1

9、/4 inches. The finished dimensions of the repair tape shall be 3 _+ 1.2.6 Color. The color of the tape shall be Olive Green 106. 1.2.7 Pauer release liner. silicone coated release liner. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Lsw 94-580 to the niaXimmi extent practical. 2.3 Metric product. products manufactured using metric units will be considered on an equal basis with those manufactured using inch-pound units, provid

16、ed that the product remmments fall within specified tolerances using conversion tables contained in the latest revision of FED-376 and that all other requirements of this CID are met. 3.
