38、his standard was developed by Task Group X3T11 of Accredited Standards Com-mittee X3 during 1995-6. The standards approval process started in 1996. This stan-dard includes annexes, which are informative, and are not considered part of thestandard.This document is an extension to the FC-PH and FC-PH-

39、2 standards and follows thesame numbering scheme for clauses, subclauses, figures, and tables. Therefore, allclauses, subclauses, figures, and tables which are already defined in FC-PH or FC-PH-2 and are modified by FC-PH-3 have the same numbering as their original defini-tion in those documents. Th

40、e number of clauses, subclauses, figures, and tableswhich are unique to FC-PH-3 starts up from the last such item defined in FC-PH-2.For example, Figure 27 in Clause 7 appears in FC-PH, so it retains the same numberin FC-PH-3.
