2、0 file that contains the Data Sheets. Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher is required to access the Data Sheets. On the left hand side of this document is the “Attachment” tab. Select the “Attachment” tab. Double click the xls file to open. Once you have opened the EXCEL 5.0 Data Sheet file: Cells that contain text are locked. Cells that do not contain information can be changed. When filling out a data sheet, the file should be saved under a different name to ensure a clean sheet at the beginning.
