QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 General,- The sampling, inspecti

2、on and test procedure8 OP Specimn MIL-T-945 apply to this specification with the followlng additions or exceptions to Specification MIL-T-945 as identified by similarity of paragraph heading, cedures of Specification MIL-T-945 and thls specification con- f3ict, this specification shall govern. 6、rmine compliance with all the electrical performance requirements of this specification, e 4.1.5 determined by comparison with standards having an accuracy of at least plus or minus 2 percent. 4.1.6 Temperature InCluence Upon Accuracies,- The test set shall be checked for accuracy at temperatures of

7、 minus 2OoC and plus 55OC after the temperature Of the test set has stabilized. 10、 fungus growth will e .be cause for rejection. 4 . 2 Accepttrance Tests .- 4.2.1 electrical tests on the test set ahall be prepared by the con- tractor and submitted t the procuring activity for approval 30 days prior to fabrication of production equipments. Electrical Test Procedures.- The procedur

11、e for Individual 4.2.2 liidiviual Tests.- Each test set shall be visually Inspected and the electrical performance shall be deteminedln accordance with approved electrical test procedure under normal test conditions, defined as follows: Temperature - Room, Ambient 25OC plus 15OC or minus 5OC. Vibrat

12、ion - None Humidity - Room Ambient up to 90 percent relative humidlty. Power Source - i5 volbs 50 - 60 cps. , Altitude - Normal Ground, In addition, each test set shall be subject to,any other- test whtch the inspector considers necessary to determine compliance of the test set with the requirements

Sampling Tests.= Two *test .sets shall be selected at random from each quanti$y of 100 test sets which have passed . individual tests and subjected to the sampling tests: 4.2.3.1 When sampling tests are specified on a number of Items *that are selected from a producti
