2、artments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. 1.1 Add title: Scope. Add new paragraph: “2.1 Government documents I Delete existing paragraph number 2.1 and add: “2.1.1 Specifications, Standards, and handbooks, of this document to the extent specified herein. Unless otherwise specified, the iss
