This Commercial Item Description (CID), describes a current-voltage standard for DC voltage r

2、atio accuracy. The current-voltage provides internal switching for calibrating the 100 inV, lV, 10V, 100V and 1000 volt ranges of a vo1t:ige calibrator to a 10 volt refcxrence source without changing the lead connecLionS. Tlie current-voltage s tandard is part of tlie F-15 AN/TSM-l31A Electrical Sta

3、ndards Set (ESS) and is rack-mounted in a transportable operation case. This CID represents a niinimiiiii rt!quircmerits for the F-15 ESS current- voltage standard in which only those nionufactiirrirs who meet or surpass the requirements are qualified per this CID. Equipment covered by this CID may

4、be commercially available equipment niodified to the extent necessary to meet the following description. 14、 COlPATIBILITY. This equipment shall be mechanically, electrically and physically compatible with other equipment and accessories of the ESS as the ESC is designed as a measurement entity. The current-voltage standard shall be capable of rack mounting in a standard 19 inch rack. The current-voltage

15、standard shall occupy a vertical rack height not to exceed 7 inches. 4. MANUALS, The manufacturer shall furnish one copy of instruction manuals for each instrument in this equipment group, following: Operating Instructions, Theory of Operation, Circuit Description, Schematics , Trouble Shooting Tree

After calibration, the equipment shall meet each performance requirement within the tolerances specified for a period

18、of at least 9 months, based on an operating time of 1500 hours. CERTIFICATION. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description, and that the product conforms to the producers olmdrawings, specifications, standards, and quality assurance pra

19、ctices, and is the same product offered for sale in the commercial market- place. Small businesses that cannot offer products with established commercial market acceptability, may compete by submission of bid samples. (The Govern- ment reserves the rights to require proof of such conformance before

20、first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract.
