In exceptional circumstances, however, the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following types may be proposed: - type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exp

8、osure; - type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard. Technical Committee C 3, Mechanics, decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Report of type 2 in order to facilitate the updating of this doc

14、s the EN standardized materials or, on the national level, the materials standardized by AECMA member countries to be used for manufacturing the relevant products to insure their functional interchangeability. This Technical Report is not to be taken as a table of equivalent materials. The use of EN

15、 standardized materials shall be given priority. 22、racking when tested with a bolt of a higher strength class. The strength class of a nut must not be confused with the strength level of the material, because the former is also a function of the external dimensions of the nut. 3.2 Temperature class Maximum temperature that the nut is able to withsta

23、nd, without permanent alteration to its original characteristics, after ambient temperature has been restored. The maximum temperature is conditioned by: - the plastic ring for self-locking action at 120 OC; - the material - the cadmium plating at 235 OC; - the MOS, lubricant at 315 OC. at 120 OC, 4

26、nce La classe de rsistance dun crou correspond la contrainte minimale en traction que lcrou peut supporter temprature ambiante sans rupture ni crique lorsquil est essay avec une vis de classe de rsistance suprieure. La classe de rsistance dun crou ne doit pas tre confondue avec le niveau de rsistanc

27、e du matriau du fait que celle-ci est galement fonction des dimensions extrieure de lcrou. 3.2 Classe de temprature Temprature maximale que lcrou peut supporter sans altration permanente de ses caractristiques originelles, aprs retour la temprature ambiante. La temprature maximale est conditionne pa

28、r : - la bague plastique de freinage a 120 oc; - le matriau - le cadmiage 235 OC; - le lubrifiant MOS, 315 OC. 120 OC, 425 OC, et 650 OC; 3 Definitionen 3.1 Festigkeitsklasse Die Festigkeitsklasse einer Mutter entspricht der Mindestzugspannung, der die Mutter bei Raumtemperatur ohne Bruch oder Ribil

Die Festigkeitsklasse einer Mutter darf nicht mit dem Festigkeitsgrad des Werkstoffs verwechselt werden, da sie von den Auenmaen der Mutter abhngt. 3.2 Temperaturklasse Hchsttemperatur, der die Mutter ohne

30、 bleibende Vernderung ihrer ursprnglichen Eigenschaften standhalten kann, nach Rckkehr zur Raumtemperatur. Die Hchsttemperatur wird bedingt durch: - Plastikring fr Selbstsicherng : 120 oc; - dem Werkstoff : 120 OC, 425 OC und 650 OC; - dem Verkadmen : 235 OC; - dem MOS, Schmiermittel : 315 OC. Copyr
