It is published on green paper for the needs of AECMA-Members. It has been technically approved by the experts of the concerned Techn

4、ical Committee following comment by the Member countries. Subsequent to the publication of this Prestandard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard. After examination and signa

15、, EN xxxx-2, etc.). In such cases all general requirements shall be incorporated in Part 1 (general part) and the specific requirements in Part 2 onwards (specific parts). 3.2 Required elements The test method standard shall include the following elements in the given order : - Title ; - Clause - -

When necessary, further information is indicated in italics. 4.1 Title The title shall give sufficient information to unambiguously identify the

18、subject of the standard. 4.1 .I General part Where necessary, the title should also identify the semi-finished products and the family(ies) of metallic materials to which that test method applies. 39、ause shall specify the technical qualificationlsj required by the personnel undertaking/supervising the test. For Non-destructive testing test methods this clause shall state : Testing to the requirements of this test method shall only be undertaken and/or supervised by NDT personnel, qualified and

40、approved in accordance with the requirements of EN 41 79. For other test methods this clause shall state : Testing to the requirements of this test method shall only be undertaken and/or supervised by personnel who have demonstrated their competence by a suitable education and appropriate training a

41、nd experience. 6.2 Test sarnples/Test pieces This clause shall specifie the test samples/test pieces required to calibrate the equipment and/or carry out the test, examination or analysis. It shall also include methods of preparation and preservation, or state : See EN xxxx-x where part “x“ is the s

42、pecific part. 6.3 Testing procedure This clause shall describe the testing procedure. When required, a written instruction detailing the technique to be used for the testing of a specific material or component or assembly and when applicable, testing conditions, shall be prepared. Followed by a desc

43、ription of the testing procedure, and when necessary the format of the written instruction, or state : See EN xxxx-x where part “x“ is the specific part. 6.4 Expression of results When required, this clause shall describe the method(s) of calculation, the units in which the results are to be express

NOTE : The acceptance requirements shall be stated in the technical specification or material standard. However for some test methods different levels of acceptance e.g.
