9、 connector fitted with an accessory and terminated with a cable. The purpose of the test is to ensure that the complete assembly shall have a continuous 360“ shielding capability throughout its length. This test is based on IEC 6051 2-23-3. 2 Normative references This European Standard incorporates

10、by dated or undated reference provisions from other publications. These normative references are cited at the appropriate places in the text and the publications are listed hereafter. For dated references, subsequent amendments to or revisions of any of these publications apply to this European Stan

12、n 3: Shielding effectiveness of connectors, and accessories using a line injection method 3 Preparation of specimens Specimens shall be prepared in accordance with IEC 60512-23-3. 4 Apparatus The apparatus shall be in accordance with IEC 6051 2-23-3. 5 Procedure The test shall be carried out in acco

13、rdance with IEC 60512-23-3. 6 Requirements The surface transfer impedance, expressed in ma, or converted to shielding effectiveness expressed in dB, shall not exceed the values specified in the product standard. 7 Details to be specified The following details shall be specified: - Surface transfer i

14、mpedance, outside diameter of cable screen and construction of cable, if fitted; - The frequency range over which the measurements were carried out; - Any limitations on the effective frequency range of the test due to resonances.
