13、service life - lamp load of relays and contactors. It shall be used together with EN 2343-1 OO. This European Standard incorporates by dated or undated reference provisions from other publications. These normative references are cited at the appropriate places in the text and the publications are li

14、sted hereafter. For dated references, subsequent amendments to or revisions of any of these publications apply to this European Standard only when incorporated in it by amendment or revision. 17、all be wired in accordance with EN 2349-100 and the rated contact load. The relay or contactor shall be mounted and placed in an cair circulating heating cabinet. .I Each normally open and normally closed contact shall connect, conduct and disconnect the load specified in the product standard. The i

18、n-rush current shall be 12 times the rated current (applicable for the lamp load) for a period of 15 ms to 20 ms. Separate test samples shall be used in each case for loading with direct current, single phase alternating current and three-phase alternating current. For three-phase alternating curren

19、t, the load shall be connected to three adjacent contacts. Arcing from phase to phase shall constitute a failure. 4.4 The coil of the relay or contactor shall be energized at the rated voltage. 4.5 The contacts shall be monitored for faultless function. Any defective switching operation shall consti

20、tute a failure. 21、voltage shall constitute a failure. 4.7 The service life test shall be performed as follows : 50 % at normal ambient temperature; 50 % at a pressure equivalent to 25 O00 rn and a temperature of 125 “C. The requirement for testing at an altitude equivalent to 25 060 m may be replaced by testing with

22、a 1 O % higher maximum ambient temperature. During the test, the housing of the relay or contactor shall be connected with the earth of the electrical installation by a fuse with a rating of 5 % of the rated resistive contact current, but not greater than 3 A. Blowing of the fuse shall constitute a

23、failure. umber of switching cycles : see product standard. One switching cycle comprises : connection time : (2,OO -+ 0,05) s; disconnection time : (7 -+ 2) s. The temperature increase shall be measured for : plug-in relays : on the housing; screw-type connections : on the connector bolt. No electri

24、cal or mechanical failure; No sticking or seizing of contacts; No btown fuse; No temperature increase over 75K. Test in accordance with EN 2349-302,303,307 and 41 2.
