7、are doing valued and valuable work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this regard. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or

8、 developing their skills (through training opportunities, for example) then there is a sense of progression and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives.

9、 Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team. Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases, an employee is working in a job that suits neither their

10、skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labor relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction. However, even though it is unlikely that all workers will feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote job s

11、atisfaction in any job. However, I would say that social values keep changing to adapt to society. For instance, years ago students we

The change in social value gives priority to life instead of property. Life should be undeniably respected in this case. As a result, social values should be p

22、ondered as time passes. In addition, not all social values are actually shared by all people. As the saying goes, “one mans meat is anothers poison.“ The loss of or change in social values is bound to be accepted with delight by some. A loss of social values is not necessarily a bad thing, as new so

Whilst it is not against the law to be rude to other people, being polite does help society to function in a better way, making it easier to communicate with others and get things done. For example, shopping might not be so easy if customers and sales staff were generally rude to each other.
