What is more, a shorter distance does not necessarily mean a closer neighbourhood or more quality communication. Overall, I firmly believe space and privacy count more when choosing a

This is also true for the maintenance fees. As a result, living in a
19、n apartment would massively ease one“s financial burden and still allow for a quality life for ordinary white-collars even if they buy one on installment. Moreover, a high apartment building will definitely accommodate more population than even a terraced house, which is ideally economical for a cro
20、wded community or society concerning the finite land resources. It is imaginable that some people would not like to choose an apartment because there are usually several different families sharing the same floor; they claim that they consequently have less privacy and are worried about their neighbo
21、rhoods. This is true. But as far as I am concerned, the same fact gives justification to choosing a flat, for there are probably more opportunities for the dwellers to communicate with each other and enjoy the benefits of a harmonious community, which otherwise may be hampered by a fairly long dista

In conclusion, I firmly believe that living in apartments makes a more reasonable choice for most people, with less financial burden but more proximate neighborhood than a house tends to bring.
