23、to pre-industrial times, for the first time. The increase is due to the “unequivocal“ influence of increasing carbon emissions combined with the El Nino climate phenomenon currently under way. The Met Office expects the full-year temperature for 2015 to remain above the 1 level. In contrast, it was
