Im not sure its right to take U U 9 /U /U. The alternative to capital punishment is longer sentences. But they would certai

24、nly cost the tax payers much money.I also think we must do something about the insanity plea. In my opinion, anyone who takes another persons life intentionally is insane, however, that does not mean that person isnt U U 10 /U /Uthe crime, or that he shouldnt pay society the debt he owes. Its sad, o
