32、 spin- ning machine in which an open or twisted staple sliver is drawn through between pairs of bottom and top rollers which are running at different circumferential speeds. 2 bottom rollers: Fluted, knurled or smooth rollers, usually screwed together along the whole length of the machine. 2.1 botto

33、m delivery roller: Bottom roller at the delivery end of the drafting arrange- ment. 2.2 middle bottom roller: Bottom roller situated between delivery roller and feed roller. 2.3 bottom feed roller: Bottom roller over which the sliver enters the drafting arrange- ment. 3 top rollers: Friction-driven

34、or positively driven rollers, self-weighted or with addi- tional load, resting on the bottom roller and gripping and Carrying the sliver. 3.1 top delivery roller: Top roller at the delivery end of the drafting arrangement. 3.2 middle top roller: Top roller located between delivery and feed ends of t
