37、tegral part of this International Standard. -8- l64OCEI ESSAIS DE RCEPTION DES SYSTMES DE RGULATION DE VITESSE DES TURBINES VAPEUR 1 Domaine dapplication et objet La prsente Norme internationale sapplique tout dabord aux turbines vapeur vitesse constante entranant des alternateurs dans les centrales

38、 lectriques, pour essayer les systmes de contrle de vitesse consistant en rgulation de vitesse et protection contre les survitesses. Elle peut galement tre utilise, selon le cas, pour dautres types de turbines vapeur. Le but des essais de rception des systmes de rgulation de vitesse et des systmes d

39、e protection contre les survitesses des turbines vapeur est de vrifier tout critre indiqu dans les garanties du constructeur. En gnral, de tels essais seront entrepris pour vrifier la conformit avec la CE1 45-1. Les critres pourront comporter: a) le statisme global du rgulateur de vitesse; b) le sta

40、tisme local du rgulateur de vitesse; c) la plage de vitesse en marche vide correspondant aux rglages extrmes de lmetteur de consigne de vitesse; d) linsensibilit du systme de rgulation de vitesse; e) la stabilit du systme de rgulation de vitesse; f) laugmentation transitoire maximale de vitesse cons

41、cutive des disjonctions puissance maximale ou toute puissance partielle, le systme de rgulation de vitesse tant en fonctionnement; g) le rglage des scurits de survitesse; h) laugmentation transitoire maximale de vitesse conscutive une disjonction puissance maximale en cas de panne du systme de rgula

42、tion de vitesse. La slection des essais conduire et les procdures pour dautres essais, non couverts par cette norme doivent faire lobjet dun accord entre le constructeur et lacheteur. 2 Rfrence normative La norme suivante contient des dispositions qui, par suite de la rfrence qui y est faite, consti

Partie 1: Spcifications. 14OIEC -9- ACCEPTANCE TESTS FOR STEAM TURBINE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEMS 1 Scope and object This International

45、 Standard applies primarily to constant-speed steam turbines driving a.c. generators at power stations, for testing speed control systems consisting of speed governing and overspeed protection systems. It may also be used, where appropriate, for other types of steam turbines. The purpose of acceptan

46、ce tests of steam-turbine speed governing and overspeed protec- tion systems is to verify any criteria quoted in the manufacturers guarantees. Such tests will generally be carried out to check compliance with IEC 45-1. The criteria may include: a) steady-state speed regulation (speed governing droop

47、); b) steady-state incremental speed regulation (incremental speed governing droop); c) range of speed at no-load corresponding to the extreme settings of the speed changer; d) dead band of the speed governing system; e) stability of the speed governing system; f) maximum transient increase of speed

48、 following full load rejection and any partial load rejections, with the speed governing system in operation; g) overspeed trip setting; h) maximum transient overspeed following full load rejection on the failure of the speed governing system. Selection of the tests to be carried out and procedures for other tests not covered by this specification shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the purchaser. 2 Normative reference The following standard contains provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this International St
