30、ParallelittenAls Parallelittsnormale werden je nach Anforderung und zu prfender Achsenlnge entweder kalibrierte Kontrollsulen oder kalibrierte Prfzylinder einge-setzt. Bei kurzen Prflngen werden Normale mit Formabweichungen im Bereich von 0,1 m einge-setzt, bei lngeren Prflngen sind auch grere Ge-ra

31、dheitsabweichungen der verwendeten Normale zu-lssig.3.2 RechtwinkligkeitenAls Rechtwinkligkeitsnormal werden Kontrollsulen aus Stahl mit ebenen Stirnflchen rechtwinklig zur Zylinderachse eingesetzt. Auch 90-Winkelnormale aus Metall oder Naturstein und wrfelfrmige Form-verkrperungen sind hierzu geeig

32、net. Diese sind al-lerdings auf dem Markt nur schwer mit hinreichend geringen Formabweichungen erhltlich und sehr auf-wendig zu kalibrieren. Die 90-Winkelnormale wer-den in erster Linie bei groen Drehspindelgerten verwendet.3 Standards for determining positional deviationsTo determine deviations in

33、the parallelism and per-pendicularity of the measuring-instrument axes in re-lation to each other the standards listed below are nor-mally used, sometimes in combination with special measurement methods.3.1 ParallelismsDepending on the nature of the task and the axis length to be checked either cali

34、brated cylinder squares or calibrated test cylinders are used as paral-lelism standards. In the case of short test lengths, standards with form deviations in the 0,1 m range are used while with greater test lengths straightness deviations even larger than this are permissible in the standards used.3

35、.2 PerpendicularitiesCylinder squares made of steel and with flat faces at right angles to the cylinder axis are used as perpen-dicularity standards. Suitable here too are 90-angle gauges made of metal or natural stone as well as cu-bic form embodiments. These are however difficult to find on the ma

36、rket with sufficiently low form devia-tions and their calibration is very time-consuming. 90-angle gauges are used primarily with large rotat-ing spindle devices. Table 1. 39、aus Glas oder Glaskeramik mit Ebenheitsabweichungen von 0,02 m bis 0,08 m, knnen nach Ausrichtung zur C-Achse ebenfalls zur Ermittlung von Rechtwinklig-keitsabweichungen eingesetzt werden.4 Ermittlung der Lageabweichungen von FormmessgerteachsenDie meisten Formmessgerte besitzen keine einge-baute Ko

40、rrektur der Lageabweichungen der Achsen. Daher wirken sich Lageabweichungen direkt auf das Messergebnis aus. Ein Spezialfall der Lageabwei-chungen sind die Parallelittsabweichungen. Diese beinhalten definitionsgem einen Winkel- und einen Formabweichungsanteil.In diesem Abschnitt werden Verfahren bes

41、chrieben, die zur Ermittlung der Lageabweichungen genutzt werden knnen. Die dabei benutzten Messlinien soll-ten dabei so gewhlt werden, dass sie den spteren Messlinien im realen Messbetrieb entsprechen.Voraussetzung fr eine sinnvolle Bewertung der La-geabweichungen ist, dass die berprfung der Ge-rad

42、fhrungsabweichungen der R-, Y- und Z-Achse gem VDI/VDE 2631 Blatt 6 durchgefhrt wurde.Anmerkung 1: Da sich das Gewicht und die Geometrie des Mess-objekts auf die Ermittlung der Lageabweichungen auswirken, sollte dies bei der Auswahl des Normals und der Lage der Messebenen, in denen geprft wird, berc

43、ksichtigt werden.Anmerkung 2: Formabweichungen sind in den Lageabweichungen mit enthalten.4.1 Parallelitt Z- zu C-Achse in C-R-EbeneDie Parallelittsabweichung von Z zu C in der C-R-Ebene (siehe Bild 2) geht direkt in die Ergebnisse von Parallelitts-, Zylinderform- und Kegelformmes-sungen in dieser E

44、bene ein und ist damit bei diesen Messungen ein Einfluss erster Ordnung.Flatness standards, such as, for example, flats made of glass or glass ceramic with flatness deviations of 0,02 m to 0,08 m, when aligned to the C axis can also be used to determine perpendicularity devia-tions.4 Determination o

45、f the positional deviations of the axes of form-measuring systemsMost form-measuring instruments do not have built-in correction of the positional deviations of the axes. This means that positional deviations will have a di-rect effect on the measurement result. Parallelism de-viations are a special

46、 case of positional deviation. By definition they contain an angular and a form devia-tion component.In this section methods will be described which can be used to determine positional deviations. The meas-uring lines used should be selected such that they cor-respond to subsequent measuring lines d

47、uring actual measurement operations.A reasonable evaluation of positional deviations de-pends on the linear guidance deviations of the R, Y and Z axes having been checked as per VDI/VDE 2631 Part 6.Note 1: Since the weight and the geometry of the measurement ob-ject have an effect on determining the

48、 positional deviations, this should be taken into consideration when selecting the standard and the position of the measuring planes in which testing is carried out.Note 2: Form deviations are also contained in the positional devia-tions.4.1 Parallelism of Z axis to C axis in the C-R planeThe parall

49、elism deviation of Z to C in the C-R plane (see Figure 2) inputs directly into the results of par-allelism, cylindricity and conicity measurements in this plane and is therefore an influence of the first or-der in these measurements.Bild 2.
