Die Anwen-dung von Filtern in der Formmesstechnik kann ab-hngig von den angewandten Filterparametern zudeutlich unterschiedlichen Ergebnissen der gesuch-ten Kenngren fhren. Deshalb ist die aufgabenge-rechte Auswahl des Filters und seiner Par

33、ameterwichtig.Zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung dieser Richtlinie wer-den in der internationalen Arbeitsgruppe des ISO-Normungsgremiums, ISO/TC213 WG 15 GPS ex-traction and filtration techniques“, die Grundlagenfr verschiedene weiterfhrende Filterverfahren erar-beitet. Diese Verfahren sind nicht genormt

34、und des-halb nicht Gegenstand dieser Richtlinie.1 AnwendungsbereichIn dieser Richtlinie werden genormte und in der in-dustriellen Praxis gebruchliche Filterverfahren be-schrieben. Die Richtlinie soll als Entscheidungshilfefr die Auswahl von Filtern und Filterparameterndienen. Anwendungsbereiche und

35、Wirkungen wer-den dargestellt.Das Gau-Filter ist in DIN EN ISO 11562 beschrie-ben.2 Begriffe und Definitionen2.1 AmplitudenbertragungsfunktionDie Amplitudenbertragungsfunktion beschreibt dasVerhltnis zwischen Eingangs- und Ausgangsampli-tude in Abhngigkeit von der Wellenlnge.Die Amplitudenbertragung

36、sfunktion eines Filterswird auch bertragungsfunktion, Filterkennlinie,charakteristische Funktion, Filtercharakteristik,bertragungscharakteristik oder Transmissionsfunk-tion genannt.2.2 Fourier-AnalyseEin Messprofil lsst sich als berlagerung von har-monischen Wellen unterschiedlicher Wellenlnge,Ampli

37、tude und Phase darstellen. Durch die Fourier-Analyse wird das Messprofil in ein Wellenlngen-spektrum transformiert. Daraus kann ein Histo-gramm der Amplitudenverteilung ber der Wellen-lnge erstellt werden. Diese Auswertung lsst eineAussage ber den Beitrag bestimmter Wellenlngenzur Formabweichung zu.

43、ansmission function.2.2 Fourier analysisA measurement profile can be represented as a super-position of harmonic waves which differ in wave-length, amplitude and phase. By means of Fourieranalysis, the measurement profile is transformed intoa wavelength spectrum, from which a histogram ofthe amplitu

44、de distribution over the wavelength can bederived. This analysis allows to make a statement onthe contribution of certain wavelengths to the formerror.Fourier analysis serves for production-process analy-sis and for assessment of influences by form and wav-iness on the function of a feature of the w
