Im Vergleich zu den alten RichtlinienVDI/VDE 2617 Blatt 6.1 und Blatt 6 ist die Systema-tik gendert worden und die Terminologie wurde andie aktuelle Norm DIN EN ISO 10360

28、angepasst. 1 AnwendungsbereichZweck dieser Richtlinie ist es, fr Koordinatenmess-gerte Spezifikationen und Verfahren zu deren Pr-fung zu definieren. Hierbei wird die Vergleichbarkeitder Kenngren von Koordinatenmessgerten mittaktilen und mit optischen Sensoren sichergestellt.Der Anwendungsbereich bez

29、ieht sich auf Koordina-tenmessgerte jeglicher Bauart mit optischen Lateral-sensoren, das sind senkrecht zur optischen Achsemessende Sensoren. Die Sensoren knnen ber Zu-satzeinrichtungen auch dreh- oder schwenkbar sein.Funktionsweise und Besonderheiten der Sensorenwerden erlutert. In enger Anlehnung

30、an DIN EN ISO 10360-2 werdendie Verfahren fr die Annahmeprfung und fr dieberwachung der Lngenmessabweichung und derAntastabweichung mit Lateralsensoren definiert. DieNormenreihe DIN EN ISO 10360 ist in der bishervorliegenden Form sehr stark an taktilen Sensorenorientiert. Deshalb legt diese Richtlin

The systematics have been changed sincethese older guidelines VDI/VDE 2617 Part 6.1 andPart 6 and the terminology updated to conform withthe current standard DIN EN ISO 10360. 1 Scope of applicationIt is the aim of this guideline to define specificati

35、onsand testing methods for coordinate measuring ma-chines. This ensures the comparability of the charac-teristics of coordinate measuring machines with tac-tile and with optical sensors.The scope of application covers coordinate measur-ing machines of all designs with optical lateral sen-sors, that

36、is, sensors measuring vertically with respectto the optical axis. If the corresponding additional de-vices are fitted the sensors can also be rotated or piv-oted. Descriptions are provided about how the sen-sors work and special features they may have. Based closely on DIN EN ISO 10360-2, the proce-

37、dures for the acceptance test and for checking thelength measurement deviation and the probing errorwith lateral sensors are defined. In its previous edi-tions the DIN EN ISO 10360 series of standards wasvery markedly oriented towards tactile sensors. Forthat reason the present guideline provides th
