Alongside new buildings, the extension, conversionand modernisation of old buildings due to ageing ofexisting facilities and installations is becoming in-creasingly important.The present guideline, taking these points into con-s

26、ideration, is intended to serve as a resource assistingin the planning, construction and operation of sani-tary facilities in the field of hotel rooms.The basic principles applicable to the planning, de-sign and installation of sanitary facilities with disa-bled and wheelchair access are not include

31、soll unabhngig von allen Verordnun-gen und Vorschriften ein Leitfaden fr Planung, Bauund Betrieb sein. Bei der Planung und Ausfhrungsind insbesondere zu beachten:Mindestanzahl der Sanitrobjekteausreichend bemessene BewegungsflchenHygienefunktionstchtige, praktikable und visuell anspre-chende Ausstat

32、tungsicherheitstechnische AnforderungenWasser- und Energieeinsparungwirtschaftliche Installation2 Ausstattungsbedarf2.1 SanitrraumZu den Einrichtungsgegenstnden gehrt vielseitigesAusstattungszubehr. Hier bedarf es einer sorgflti-gen Auswahl in Bezug auf Anordnung, Montage undNutzung.Nach EN 12 056 u

33、nd DIN 1986-100 ist ein Bodenein-lauf mit Geruchverschluss vorzusehen. Dieser soll zurErneuerung des Sperrwassers mit der Entwsserungder Bade- oder Duschwanne gekoppelt sein.2.2 EinbaukcheInsbesondere bei Ferien- und Apartmenthotels sowieMotels kann die Einrichtung einer Einbaukche not-wendig und si

36、ng, dimensioningand the provision and installation of sanitary facilitiesand built-in kitchens which form a direct part of theindividual hotel room.It applies to all types of hotel, including city hotels,vacation hotels, club hotels, apartment hotels, motelsand seminar hotels, irrespective of their

39、efore be made on thebasis of location, installation and use.EN 12056 and DIN 1986-100 state that a floor drainwith trap must be provided. It should be connectedwith the bath tub or shower pan drainage outlet forthe purpose of renewing the seal water.2.2 Built-in kitchenParticularly in the case of va
