In Blatt 3 wird die Durchfhrung des Outsourcing-Projekts bis hin zum stabilen Betrieb errtert, wel-cher vom Projekt-Auftraggeber als auch vom Auf-tragnehmer kontinuierlich zu bet

26、reuen ist. Part 1 represents the “preliminary project”. It ex-plains therein as to how to go from the outsourcing requirement up to tendering. Part 2 describes the outsourcing project, i.e. the transition from outsourcing decision (Part 1) to outsourcing process (Part 3). The structure of this guide

27、line is oriented such that the relevant contents to be controlled for project progress and success are offered to the user in the form of key points. This is done with the aim of achieving ease of handling and user-friendliness.Part 3 explains the execution of the outsourcing project up to its stabl

28、e operation, which is to be continuously supervised by the client as well as by the contractor. 1 Anwendungsbereich Bei der Erstellung der Richtlinienreihe VDI 4494 ist durchgehend darauf geachtet worden, dass In-halte sowohl aus Sicht mglicher Projekt-Auftraggeber als auch -Auftragnehmer fr unter-s

Das Outsourcing-Projekt kennzeichnet einen defi-nierten Zeitraum, in welchem die Mglichkeiten zur Vergabe von Leistungsinhalten an einen Drit-ten geprft und die Auswirkungen aus einer Ver-gabe an Dritte abgeschtzt werden. In diesem Rah

30、men sind die sinnvoll zu vergebenden Leis-tungsinhalte zu spezifizieren, auszuschreiben und gegebenenfalls an einen Dritten zu vergeben. Dieses beginnt mit der Erarbeitung klar abgrenzba-rer Leistungsumfnge als Grundlage einer Ent-scheidung fr oder gegen ein Outsourcing, und endet bei einer Entschei

31、dung fr ein Outsourcing mit der Auftragsvergabe fr die Leistungsumfnge an einen Dritten sowie einer anschlieenden, zeit-lich definierten Anlaufphase fr die bernahme der Leistungsumfnge durch den Dritten. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Anlaufpha-se geht das Projekt in den operativen Betrieb mit

32、 einer kontinuierlichen berwachung des Auftrag-nehmers ber. Bei einer Entscheidung, einen Ver-trag mit einem Auftragnehmer nicht mehr zu ver-lngern, startet das Outsourcing-Projekt mit der Suche eines neuen Auftragnehmers von Neuem. 1 Scope Throughout the creation process of the VDI 4494 guidelines,

The outsourcing project characterises a defined time span, in which the options of awarding logis-tics services to a thi

34、rd party are checked and the implications of said award to third parties are esti-mated. Therefore, the logistics services that can be reasonably awarded are to be specified, put out to tender and awarded to a third party. This starts with the formulation of clearly delimitable scopes of services as

35、 the basis of a decision for or against an outsourcing project, and ends with a decision for an outsourcing project with the award of a contract for the scope of ser-vices to a third party followed by a defined ramp-up phase for the assumption of the scope of ser-vices by the third party.After the s

36、uccessful conclusion of the ramp-up phase, the project enters the operational phase with continuous monitoring of the contractor.
