Coming to a decision is made more difficult by the lack of any formulation of relevant re

17、quirements describ-ing the suitability of a cushioning material for the application case in question in the form of a re-quirements profile for that cushioning material. By formulating a generalised requirements profile this standard provides a supportive decision-making aid for selecting package cu

38、ging container. 4 Generalisiertes Anforderungsprofil zur Polstermittelauswahl Innerhalb des generalisierten Anforderungsprofils eines Polstermittels werden Anforderungen zur Funktionalitt, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umweltvertrglichkeit unterschieden. Die Funktionalitt bezeichnet hierbei die Eignung ein

39、es Polstermittels zur Verwirklichung der origi-nren Transportschutzaufgabe. Anforderungen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit bercksich-tigen die von der Wahl eines Polstermittels unter-schiedlich beeinflussten Kosten fr das abpacken-de Unternehmen, wobei hierbei ergnzend zu den Kosten der Beschaffung ebenso die

40、 mit dem Ver-packungs-, Lager- und Transportvorgang sowie der Verwertung anfallenden Kosten Bercksichtigung finden. Mit den Anforderungen zur Umweltvertrglichkeit eines Polstermittels werden abschlieend Vorga-ben der Verpackungsverordnung (VerpackV) zur Vermeidung, Verminderung und Verwertung von Ve

41、rpackungen beschrieben. Als Anforderungspro-fil zur Auswahl eines Polstermittels aus einem weitlufigen Angebot erfordern die nachfolgend aufgefhrten Anforderungen eine Hierarchisierung im Hinblick auf ihre Bedeutung fr den vorliegen-den Anwendungsfall. Ist auf der Basis eines an-wendungsspezifischen

42、 Anforderungsprofils eine Vorauswahl alternativer Polstermittel aus einem weitlufigen Marktangebot getroffen, kann unter Anwendung mehrkriterieller Verfahren zur Ent-scheidungsfindung (Nutzwertanalyse, Analytic Hierarchy Process usw.) abschlieend ein bewer-tender Eignungsvergleich der vorausgewhlten

43、 Polsteralternativen gefhrt werden. 4 Generalised requirements profile for cushion materials selection Within the generalised requirements profile of a cushioning material a distinction is drawn between requirements concerning functionality economic aspects, and environmental compatibility. Function

44、ality here means the suitability of a cush-ioning material for carrying out the original task of protection during transportation. Requirements relating to cost-effectiveness take into account the costs incurred by the packing company as variously influenced by the selection of a cushioning material

45、. In addition to the costs of procurement this also includes the costs arising from the processes of packing, warehousing, trans-portation as well as recycling. Requirements relating to the environmental com-patibility of a cushioning material are ultimately the regulations of the Packaging Ordinanc

46、e (VerpackV) covering the avoidance, reduction and recycling of packaging. As a requirements profile for the selection of a cushioning material from an extensive range, the requirements listed below call for a hierarchical approach in terms of their im-portance to the application case in question. 47、nce a preliminary selection of alternative cushioning materials from an extensive range on the market has been made on the basis of an application-specific requirements profile, the suitability of the cushioning alternatives thus selected can finally be compared by applying multi-criterion decision-

49、1 Anforderungen zur Funktionalitt Die Anforderungen zur Funktionalitt eines Pols-termittels werden von den Eigenschaften des Pack-guts und den Transportbelastungen der Transport-kette bestimmt. Zur Vermeidung eines Transport-schadens als Folge einer mechanischen Beanspru-chung des Packguts leiten sich die Funktionalitts-anforderungen von der schadenverursachenden Wirkung der mechanischen Transportbelastungen Druck, Sto und Schwingung ab. Das
