17、d with conducting inspec-tions of cranes, hoisting gear and slinging equip-ment within the meaning of the Workplace Safety and Health Ordinance (BetrSichV). This guideline does not cover the inspection of: lifts (for people or loads) machines for bringing persons to a particular elevation industrial

23、ile. Hebezeuge Alle Gerte und Maschinen, mit denen Lasten an-gehoben und gesenkt werden knnen. Kran Hebezeug, das Lasten mit einem Tragemittel hebt und zustzlich in eine oder mehrere Richtun-gen bewegen kann. Lastaufnahmeeinrichtungen Nach BGR 500 sind Lastaufnahmeeinrichtungen Lastaufnahmemittel, A

24、nschlagmittel und Tragmittel. Lastaufnahmemittel Nicht zum Hebezeug gehrende Einrichtung, die zum Aufnehmen der Last mit dem Tragmittel des Hebezeuges verbunden werden kann. Beispiele: Ausgleicher, Brooken, C-Haken, Container-Geschirre, Gehnge, Giepfannen, Greifer, Klauen, Klemmen, Kbel, Lasthebemag

25、nete, Paletten-Geschirre, Pratzen, Traver-sen, Vakuumheber, Zangen. Anmerkung: Lastaufnahmemittel knnen auch durch Kupp-lungen, die fr hufiges Lsen bestimmt sind, mit dem Hebe-zeug verbunden sein. Lehreinheit (LE) Eine Lehreinheit fr Schulungsmanahmen im Sinne dieser Richtlinie wird mit 45 Minuten f

26、est-gelegt. Tragmittel Mit dem Hebezeug dauer nd verbundene Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen von Lastaufnah-memitteln, Anschlagmitteln oder Lasten. Beispiele: Kranhaken sowie fest eingebaute Greifer, Traver-sen, Zangen. Examples: Endless wire rope (grommets), hook-ended chain slings, hook-ended wire rope,

27、webbing slings, endless chains, loop-ended rope, ring-ended slings, round slings, round steel chains, wire rope slings, strops; remotely detachable connect-ing rope, for example, shackles and other accessories. Hoisting gear Any devices or machines with which loads can be lifted and lowered. Crane H

28、oisting gear which uses a load suspension de-vice to lift loads and which can in addition move in one or more directions. Load-lifting equipment Load-lifting equipment according to BGR 500 includes load-lifting attachments, slinging equipment and load suspension devices. Load-lifting attachments Equ

29、ipment not forming part of the hoisting gea r and which can be connected with the hoisting gear load suspension devices to lift the load. Examples: Self-balancing suspension tackle, canvas sling nets, C-hooks, container spreaders, suspension gear, foundry ladles, grippers, claws, clamps, buckets, li

30、fting magnets, pallet tackle, claw grips, cross-bars, vacuum lifters, nippers. Note: Load-lifting attachments can also be connected to the hoisting gear by couplings designed for frequent coupling and uncoupling. Instruction unit (IU) For the purposes of this guideline an instruction unit is defined

31、 as lasting 45 minutes. Load suspension devices A device permanently connected to the hoisting gear and used for connecting to load-lifting at-tachments, slinging equipment or loads. Examples: Crane hooks as well as permanently fitted grip-pers, cross-bars, nippers. 4 Anwendung von VDI 4068 Blatt 1,

Neben dem Qualifikationsnachweis muss eine zeitnahe Prfttigkeit nachgewiesen sein. Zeitnah im Sinne der Richtlinie bede

36、utet, dass mindestens ein Mal jhrlich eine Prfttigkeit durchgefhrt wird. Prfmittel mssen ohne Mangel und sofern erfor-derlich kalibriert sein.
