IntroductionThe guidelines of the VDI 3839 series describe pro-cedures and apparatus used for measuring machine vibrations. They explain the main crit

18、eria applicable in evaluating measurement results and specify the rel-evant evaluation guidelines or standards. Further-more, instructions are given regarding the analysis and interpretation of measured vibrations with a view to ascertaining their causes in the event of com-plaints, faults or damage

19、 and enabling remedial measures to be initiated. To this end, examples of typ-ical causes of vibration and the associated vibration patterns are given in Part 2 to Part 8. The VDI 3839 series of guidelines is not intended to replace specialist works on vibration theory. It is pre-dominantly intended

20、 to be used as a guide for engi-neers and technicians in development, testing or en-gineering departments who are not specifically qualified or trained in the field of vibration measure-ment and interpretation. The guidelines should also provide an overview for people who only occasion-ally have to

21、deal with vibration-related problems for example, when damage or malfunctioning occurs. Last but not least, the reader of these guidelines should find information on when it is advisable to call in experts who can apply their specialised knowledge of design, working principles and vibration-related

22、problems of certain machine types. The VDI 3839 guideline series consists of several parts which all share the same title, namely “Instruc-tions on measuring and interpreting the vibrations of machines”. Sie erlutern die wesentli-chen Kriterien zur Bewertung der Messe

26、rgebnisse und nennen die magebenden Beurteilungs-Richtli-nien oder -Normen. Weiterhin werden Anleitungen zur Analyse und Deutung gemessener Schwingungen gegeben, um bei Beanstandungen, Strungen oder Schden Hinweise auf deren Ursachen zu erhalten und Abhilfemanahmen einleiten zu knnen. Hierzu sind in

27、 Blatt 2 bis Blatt 8 Beispiele fr typische Schwingungsursachen und die sich ergebenden Schwingungsbilder aufgenommen worden.Die Richtlinien der Reihe VDI 3839 sollen kein Fachbuch der Schwingungslehre ersetzen. Sie sind vorwiegend gedacht als Leitfaden fr Ingenieure und Techniker in Entwicklungs-, P

28、rf- oder Betriebsab-teilungen, die keine gezielte Ausbildung auf dem Ge-biet der Messung und Interpretation von Schwingun-gen haben. Sie sollen auch denen einen berblick verschaffen, die nur gelegentlich mit schwingungs-technischen Problemen befasst sind, beispielsweise in Str- oder Schadensfllen. N

34、t guideline provides an overview of the typical vibration patterns found with machine sets in hydraulic power stations for energy generation and in pumping installations, for example, for the drinking water supply. These machine sets consist of turbines and generators, of pump-turbines and motor-gen

35、era-tor sets, possibly with starting motors, or of electric motors and high-pressure pumps. Pump-storage ma-chine sets also include machine sets consisting of tur-bines, motor-generator sets and pumps which can be coupled or uncoupled. As a rule the various machines are connected rigidly together an

36、d often share the same bearings. Their shafting can be horizontal, ver-tical or also be inclined at any angle. Guideline VDI 3839 Part 6 does not, however, pro-vide information about the special vibration patterns of pumps in industrial installations. These will be dealt with in Part 7. If the hydra

Diese Maschinenstze bestehen aus Turbinen und Generatoren, aus Pumpturbinen und Motorgeneratoren, eventuell mit Anfahrmotoren, oder aus E-Motoren und Hochdruckpumpen. In Pumpspeicheranlagen finden sich auch Maschinen-stze, die aus Turbinen, Motorgeneratoren und an- ode

42、r auskuppelbaren Pumpen zusammengesetzt sind. Die unterschiedlichen Maschinen sind in der Regel starr miteinander gekuppelt und haben oft gemein-sam genutzte Lager. Ihr Wellenstrang kann horizon-tal, vertikal oder auch mit beliebigem Winkel geneigt angeordnet sein.Die Richtlinie VDI 3839 Blatt 6 gib

43、t keine Hinweise auf die speziellen Schwingungsbilder von Pumpen in industriellen Anlagen. 45、 Special features of machine sets in hydraulic power stations 2.1 Field of applicationMachine sets in hydraulic power stations are used in a very broad environment and thus vary greatly in their designs. On the one hand, they are used for base load coverage and are then often in service for months o

46、n end under similar (load) conditions. On the other hand, standard operation over the entire load range with rapid load changes is always permissible with machine sets in hydraulic power stations. Start-ups and shutdowns are frequent and can be performed without time restrictions. For this reason ma

47、chine sets in hydraulic power stations are often used for system regulation and as a reserve in the event of in-cidents typical for machine sets in pump-storage machine sets and high-pressure installations with Pelton turbines. These specific operating conditions have a great influence on the mechan

48、ical strain on the rotors and stationary components, on the vibration state and thus on the ageing of all components. This is considerably different from machine sets in thermal power stations which should be run at the most con-stant load possible. However, even with hydraulic machines there are lo

49、ad ranges which are to be pre-ferred as regards efficiency, excitation of vibration and possible cavitation damage. These can be read off from the specific graph flow plotted against head for the design in question. By way of example, Fi-gure 1 shows the chart for a Francis turbine with lines of equal efficiency and with part-load limits for incipient entry cavitation. These graphs are also known as hill charts.
