B. in den geltenden Nor-men und Vorschriften der Eisenbahnen und Berufsge-nossenschaften niedergelegt sind, zu bercksichti-gen.1 AnwendungsbereichDie nachfolgenden Ausfhrungen zu den Anforde-rungen an Paletten, die als Ladungstrger in mecha

15、-nisierten und automatisierten Frder- und Lagersys-temen eingesetzt werden sollen, gelten fr wieder-verwendbare Flachpaletten als Ladehilfsmittel fr in-ner- und auerbetrieblichen Transport und Lagerung; sie knnen sinngem auch auf Paletten mit Aufbau-ten angewendet werden.Dabei werden verstanden unte

19、eans of selecting suitable pallets for his operation, or to test his current pallets on suitability. Furthermore, this guideline recommends specific testing methods, tolerances etc., which are based on a use-related catalogue of requirements and thus allow the development and/or production of specia

20、l pallets which are best suited for the field of application in each case. In this context, the safety requirements in construction and utilization of pallets, as they are set out e. g. in applicable standards and regulations of the railways and workers compensation insurance carri-ers, are to be ob

21、served. 1ScopeThe following statements about the requirements on pallets for use as load carriers in mechanised and au-tomated conveying and storage systems apply to re-usable flat pallets as loading aids for in-house and ex-ternal transport and storage. These comments can by applied analogously to

22、pallets with superstructures. 24、aut ist, die von Trgern oder Kltzen getragen wird.Ladeeinheit Eine Ladeeinheit besteht aus dem Frdergut (Packgut bzw. Packstck) und dem fr die Zusam-menfassung erforderlichen Frdergert (Palette, Gestell, Behlter usw.) als Ladungstrger.2 Anforderungen aus dem bestehenden/geplanten LogistiksystemAusge

25、hend vom betriebsspezifischen Anforderungs-profil des Logistiksystems ist ein Paletten-Pflichten-heft (siehe Anhang) abzuleiten, das im Rahmen eines Soll-Ist-Vergleichs unter Bercksichtigung der mg-lichen Palettenausfhrungen mit den dahinterstehen-den Kosten zu gestalten ist. In der Auswahl- bzw. Ge

26、-samtoptimierung des Paletteneinsatzes sind auch die Komponenten des Materialflusssystems mit einzube-ziehen.Da eine Ladeeinheit im Sinne der Transportkette eine Vielzahl von Zwischenstationen durchluft, knnen der Komplexitt der Problemstellung entsprechend smtliche Anforderungen an die Auswahl eine

27、r Flachpalette nur in einer ganzheitlichen Betrach-tungsweise Bercksichtigung finden.Eine Auswahl der Einflussgren zur Ermittlung eines Anforderungsprofils fr den Paletteneinsatz zeigt Bild 1.2.1 LadungBei der Ladung ist zwischen unverpackten Zwischen-produkten (Packgut und Palette) und verpackter H

28、an-delsware (Packgut, Packmittel und Palette) zu unter-scheiden, da die Verpackung wesentlich die Eigen-schaften des Packstcks (Packgut und Packmittel) beeinflusst und somit die jeweiligen Verpackungs-eigenschaften beachtet werden mssen; hierbei sind die Verpackungsnormen heranzuziehen. Die Wech-sel

29、wirkungen zwischen Ladung (Gesamtmenge von Packgtern bzw. Packstcken und Ladeeinheiten) und eingesetzten Ladungstrgern sowie Transport- und Lagermitteln sind zu beachten.Zur Gewhrleistung eines mglichst hohen Flchen- bzw. Volumennutzungsgrads sind sowohl Verpa-ckungs- als auch Palettenabmessungen au

30、f das modu-lare Masystem nach DIN 30 783-1 abzustimmen. Die Palettenmae sind gem Tabelle 1 genormt. Flat pallet A pallet consisting of either two pallets or several top and bottom boards, which are connected by beams or logs; or of a construction using a single pallet or several top boards which are

31、 supported by beams or logs. Loading unit A loading unit consists of the conveyed goods (packaged goods or packing piece) and the con-veying device as a load carrier necessary for their aggregation (pallet, rack, container etc.).2 Requirements arising from an existing/planned logistics systemBased o

32、n the operational requirement profile of the logistics system, a performance specification for the pallets must be derived (see Annex). This has to be designed in a target-performance comparison allow-ing for the possible pallet designs and the correspond-ing costs. When optimising the selection and

33、 the gen-eral layout of the pallet application, the components of the material flow system are to be considered, too. Due to the fact that a loading unit has to pass a large number of intermediate stations along the transport chain, the requirements on the selection of a flat pal-let can, according

34、to the complexity of the problem, be considered only in an integrated (holistic) ap-proach.A selection of influencing factors for determining the requirement profile for the pallet application is shown in Figure 1.2.1 LoadWith load types, a distinction has to be made between unpackaged intermediate

35、products (goods and pal-lets) and packaged trading goods (goods, packaging and pallets) since packaging has an essential influ-ence on the properties of a packing piece (goods and packaging) so that the packaging properties in each case have to be considered. Packaging standards are to be consulted

36、for this. The interactions between the load (total quantity of the goods and/or packing pieces and loading units) and load carriers used and the means of transport and storage are to be observed. The dimensions of the packaging as well as of the pallets should be adapted to the modular measuring sys

37、tem according to DIN 30 783-1, in order to ensure the best possible utilization ratio for the areas and/or volumes.
