17、nkti-onslen2) (MFO) whrend ihres Einsatzes bei Zerspa-nungs- und Umformprozessen durch geeignete Ma-nahmen weitgehend zu erhalten. Die richtige Pflege von KSS entlastet nicht nur aufgrund der verlnger-ten Gebrauchsdauer die Umwelt, sondern steigert auch die Wirtschaftlichkeit eines Fertigungsverfah-

Entscheidend ist daher, dass Pflegemanahmen zum einen als ein Teil der heute praktizierten Abfall-verminderungsstrategie und zum anderen als zustz-liche Manahme zur Qualittssicherung der zu bear-beitenden Werkstcke durchgefhrt werden.Folgerichtig hat daher die Richtlinie in bereinstim-mung mit

19、 der gesetzlichen Verpflichtung zur Abfall-reduzierung gem Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrWG) die Zielsetzung, eine optimale Standzeit der KSS anzustreben.Weiterhin dienen die in dieser Richtlinie beschriebe-nen Pflegemanahmen bei sachgemer Durchfh-rung dem Gesundheitsschutz des in der Fertigung ar-b

20、eitenden Menschen.1) DIN 51 385 unterscheidet zwischen nicht wassermischbaren und wassermischbaren KSS. Der wassermischbare KSS (Konzentrat) wird vor seiner Anwendung mit Wasser gemischt und damit zum wassergemischten KSS.2) MFO sind Produkte, die sowohl fr mindestens zwei unterschiedli-che Anwendun

24、 accessed on the Internet at www.vdi.de/3397.IntroductionFor the purposes of this standard, maintenance means taking the appropriate measures in order to largely preserve the properties of water-mixed and non-wa-ter-miscible metalworking fluids1) (MWFs) and of multi-purpose oils2) (MPOs) during thei

25、r use in cut-ting and forming processes. Proper MWF mainte-nance not only reduces the environmental impact thanks to a prolonged fluid life, but also increases the economic efficiency of a production process. It is, therefore, crucial that maintenance measures are car-ried out, firstly, as part of t

26、he currently practised waste-reduction strategy and, secondly, as an accom-panying measure for workpiece quality assurance. Consequently, in accordance with the legal obligation to reduce waste pursuant to the German Life-Cycle Resource Management Act (KrWG), this standard aims to achieve an optimum

27、 service life for the MWFs.Furthermore, if properly performed, the maintenance measures described in this standard will serve for protecting the health of those working in manufac-ture.1) DIN 51 385 distinguishes between non-water-miscible and water-miscible MWFs. A water-miscible MWF (concentrate)

28、is mixed with water before being used, thereby becoming a water-mixed MWF.2) MPOs are products which can be used for at least two different applications (e. g. hydraulics/cutting, cutting/corrosion protection, machine lubrication/forming, several cutting processes). Moreover, they include mutually c

29、ompatible product families, thus avoiding mixing problems. 31、e und umformende Fertigungsverfahren enthalten die Richtlinien VDI 3397 Blatt 1 und VDI 3035.1 AnwendungsbereichDiese Richtlinie gilt nur in Verbindung mit den Richtlinien VDI 3397 Blatt 1 und Blatt 3 sowie VDI 3035. Sie beschreibt die Pflege whrend des KSS-Einsatzes. Es werden Anleitungen aus kono-

32、mischer und kologischer Sicht zur Erzielung einer optimalen Standzeit fr verschiedene KSS-Sorten unter Beachtung aller Rechtsvorschriften gegeben. Die Richtlinie ist fr die Verlustschmierung nicht an-wendbar.2 Khlschmierstoffkreislauf (Anlagenkonzepte)KSS werden zweckmigerweise in einem Kreislauf ge

33、fhrt und behandelt bzw. gepflegt. The standard describes maintenance measures during MWF use. It gives guidance, both from economic and ecological viewpoints, for ac

36、hieving an optimum life for various MWF types while taking into account all legal provisions. The standard is not applicable to once-through lubrica-tion.2 MWF circulation (system concepts)MWFs are conveniently used and treated or main-tained in a circulation system. This MWF circulation is always i

38、 die den Anforderungen der Produktion Rech-nung tragen hinsichtlich KSS, Zerspanungsart, Werkstoff, Spneform, Spnemenge, Wrmeaufnahme und Eintrag von Fremdstoffen.2.1 Einzel- und Zentralkreislaufsysteme Bei den Kreislaufsystemen unterscheidet man Ein-zel- oder Zentralkreislaufsysteme.Zentralkreislau

39、fsysteme knnen gegenber Einzel-kreislaufsystemen vorteilhafter sein, da mit ihnen Wartungskosten eingespart werden knnen und sie einen geringeren Verbrauch an KSS haben. Demge-genber steht der oft hhere Energieverbrauch von Zentralanlagen, der aus der permanenten Umwl-zung des KSS (auch in nicht pro

40、duktiven Phasen) re-sultiert.Daher sollten bei der Planung von KSS-Systemen alle Aspekte (z. B. Ressourcenschonung, Gesamt-energiebilanzen) mit in die berlegungen einflieen.Zentralkreislaufsysteme sind generell nicht mglich, wenn Bearbeitungsverfahren und Werkstoffe wesent-lich voneinander abweichen

42、d centralised circulation systemsA distinction is made between decentralised and cen-tralised circulation systems.Centralised circulation systems can be more advanta-geous than decentralised ones as they allow to save maintenance costs and they consume less metalwork-ing fluids. In contrast, the ene

43、rgy consumption of centralised systems is often higher, resulting from permanent circulation of the MWF (even during non-production phases). All aspects (such as resource preservation, total en-ergy balances) should, therefore, be included in the considerations when planning MWF systems.As a matter

44、of principle, centralised circulation sys-tems are not feasible where machining methods and materials vary considerably (see also VDI 3035).2.2 Full flow, partial flowMWFs can be cleaned mechanically either by full-flow or partial-flow filtration.Figure 1. Bei dieser Variante ist eine Fil-tration unabhngig vom Betrieb des Vorlaufs mglich und eine Notversorgung mit KSS

Reinigung im HauptstromnebenschlussUm die Verunreinigungen im KSS mglichst gering zu halten, ist es vorteilhaft, die gesamte umlaufende Flssigkeit im Hauptstromnebenschluss zu reinigen. Solche Anlagen haben einen separaten Reinigungs-kreislauf (unabhngig vom Kreislaufsystem

48、), der etwa 10 % mehr KSS fhrt als der Volumenstrom im Kreislaufsystem.Das dritte Prinzip der mechanischen Reinigung von KSS ist die Teilstromreinigung (Bild 4). Sie erfor-dert zwar geringere Investitions- und Betriebskosten, hat aber einen hheren Schmutzpegel im KSS als bei der Hauptstromreinigung

49、zur Folge. Der grte Teil der festen Fremdstoffe wird nicht sofort dem KSS entzogen; erst nach mehrmaligem Umlauf werden sie abgetrennt.Bild 4.
