46、ch aus gesetzlichenund berufsgenossenschaftlichen Bestimmungen er-geben. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die Herstel-ler und Betreiber der Abscheideanlagen die allgemei-nen Sicherheitsanforderungen im Sinne des Gesetzesber technische Arbeitsmittel (Gertesicherheitsge-setz) und anerkannten Regeln der

47、 Technik beachtenund dass die Beschftigten sachkundig eingewiesenwerden.Diese Richtlinie ersetzt nicht die Inbetriebnahme-,Betriebs- und Instandhaltungsanleitungen der Her-steller.Verfgt der Betreiber nicht ber die erforderlichenFachkenntnisse zur Durchfhrung der Instandhal-tung, sollte eine Fachfir
