26、ation hat sich in der Fachsprache der Terminus AMC (airborne mo-lecular contamination) weitgehend eingebrgert. Diese Benennung ist noch in Gebrauch, die Klassifi-zierung erfolgt jedoch nach chemischer Konzentra-tion (ACC).Diese Richtlinie gibt dem Betreiber von Produktions-prozessen unter Reinraumbe

27、dingungen Entschei-dungshilfen fr die Etablierung optimierter Konzepte zur Beherrschung von chemischer Kontamination (AMC) nach dem Stand der Technik.Die berarbeitung der Ausgabe Juli 2009 der Richt-linie trgt neuen Entwicklungen in der internationa-len Normung Rechnung. Weiterhin wurden die Ver-wei

28、se auf andere technische Regelwerke aktualisiert.1 AnwendungsbereichDiese Richtlinie behandelt die Kontrolle und Bestim-mung chemischer Kontamination in Reinrumen zum Schutz von Prozess, Produkt und Personal.Sie legt allgemeine Grundstze zur Behandlung, Handhabung, Vermeidung und Verminderung chemi-

32、onThis standard describes the sources and potential consequences of chemical (molecular) contamination in cleanroom air, its identification, quantitative anal-ysis, avoidance, reduction and control. The term AMC (airborne molecular contamination) has been largely established in the pertinent technic

33、al jargon. This term is still in use; classification, how-ever, is based on chemical concentration (ACC). This standard helps the owners of production proc-esses carried out under cleanroom conditions in their decisions for establishing optimised processes for controlling chemical contamination (AMC

34、) in ac-cordance with the state of the art.This revision of the version issued July 2009 takes into account new developments in international standardization. Further, references to other technical rules were updatet.1 ScopeThis standard deals with the control and determina-tion of chemical contamin

35、ation in cleanrooms in or-der to protect process, product and personnel.It specifies general principles for the treatment, han-dling, avoidance and reduction of chemical contami-nation in cleanrooms. These principles are based on the performance characteristics of established and available technical

Dies sind insbesondere Wasser, wssrige Lsungen, weitere Prozessflssigkeiten und Prozessgase. Die chemi-sche Kontamination dieser Medien hat Auswirkun-gen in allen betroffene

38、n produzierenden Industrien, z. B. der Mikroelektronik, Optik, dem Bereich Nah-rungs- und Genussmittel, der Pharmazie, Gentechnik und Medizintechnik. Die molekulare Kontamination flssiger und gasfrmiger Prozessmedien ist jedoch nicht Bestandteil dieser Richtlinie.Der Anwendungsbereich dieser Richtli

The chemical contam-ination of these media has impacts in all producing industries concerned, such as the semiconductor, op-tical, food and luxury food, pharmaceutical, gen

45、etic- and medical-engineering industries. Molecular con-tamination in liquid and gaseous process media, how-ever, is not within the scope of this standard. The scope of this standard includes all production and storage areas of the industries concerned, which are subject to cleanroom conditions, whe

46、re products and processes can be affected by chemical contamination. Examples of the industries concerned are (list not claiming to be exhaustive): semiconductor and nanotechnology microsystems and printed circuit boards plastics engineering optical industry and imaging processes pharmaceutical and

47、biotechnology medicine and medical engineering hospitals and hospital pharmacies surface treatment and surface finishing food and luxury food aerospace automotive production of telecommunication and IT compo-nents and systems chemicalFor the purpose of this standard, the term “clean-room” includes,

48、among others, buildings and parts of buildings with active or pas-sive technical equipment suitable for creating con-trolled environmental conditions with regard to the thermodynamic states of the air, the air con-stituents and the contamination of media, surfaces and products, including, in particu
