17、s follows: Soiling A process where one or more undesired substances are transferred to the surface of a material. Staining A special type of soiling where one or more dyes or pigments are transferred. Soiling properties The changes in the properties of a material due to soiling. Cleaning A process w

18、here the undesired substances are removed from the surface of a material. Cleaning properties The properties of a material after the cleaning compared to its original condition. 5 Gerte und Materialien 5.1 Martindale-Scheuerprfgert, entspre- chend ISO 12947-1 mit dem Belastungswicht fr den Prfdruck

19、von 12 kPa (gem 5.5 der ISO 12947-1). Es ist die Lissajous-Figur mit eine Gre von 60 x 60 mm zu verwenden. 5.2 Pilling-Probenhalter entsprechend ISO 12945-2 (5.2.7) und 260 g - Belastungsgewicht (5.2.6) sowie Hilfsvorich- tung zum Aufspannen des Anschmutzgewe- bes (5.2.7). Der gesamte Pilling-Proben

20、halter mit der Gewichtsscheibe und dem mit 12 kPa bezeichneten Belastungsgewicht muss 1010 15 g betragen. Daraus ergibt sich ein Prf- druck von 1,6 kPa. 5 Equipment and materials 5.1 Martindale abrasion tester, according to ISO 12947-1 with a loading weight for the testing pressure of 12 kPa (accord

21、ing to 5.5 of ISO 12947-1). A 60 x 60 mm sized Lissajous figure is used. 5.2 Pilling specimen holder according to ISO 12945-2 (5.2.7) and 260 g loading weight (5.2.6) as well as an auxiliary device for mounting the soiled cloth (5.2.7). The entire pilling specimen holder with the weight plate and th

22、e specified loading weight of 12 kPa must have a total weight 1010 15 g. This results in a testing pressure of 1.6 kPa. 24、zstcke entsprechend ISO 12947-1 und ISO 12945-2 mit folgenden Durchmessern: 90 mm und 140 mm 5.5 Standard-Anschmutzgewebe, Gre: mindestens 140 mm Durchmesser. Wenn keine gesonderten Vorgaben erfolgen, ist folgendes Anschmutzgewebe zu verwen- den: Jeansgewebe, gefrbt mit Indigo und Schwefelschwarz, a

25、ngeschmutzt mit Olivenl und Ru (EMPA 128). Das Anschmutzgewebe muss khl (4 bis 10 C) und dunkel gelagert werden! Die Vorga- ben des Herstellers zur Haltbarkeit sind zu beachten. Hinweis: Fr die Erarbeitung der Methode wurde das Gewebe EMPA 128/1 (Meterware) EMPA 128/2 (fertig konfektioniert) verwend

26、et. 5.6 Graumastab zur Bewertung des An- blutens nach ISO 105-A03. 5.7 Umlufttrockenschrank, der geeignet ist, eine Temperatur von 80 2 C konstant zu halten. 5.8 Reinigungslsung: 0,5 %ige wssrige Lsung von Natriumlaurylethersulfat (Texa- pon NSO ) CAS-Nr. 9004-82-4 5.9 Gewebe fr die Reinigung: Baumw

27、oll- gewebe entsprechend ISO 105-F09 Through the use of the pilling specimen holder (ISO 12945-2) and the large Lissajous figure (ISO 12947-1), a maximum and even soiling of the sample surfaces is obtained. Attention: With some or especially with older Martindale devices, this combination cannot be

28、implemented. 5.3 Auxiliary device according to 5.2.7 of ISO 12945-2 for attaching the soiled cloth to the pilling specimen holder 5.4 Round felt pieces according to ISO 12947-1 and ISO 12945-2 with the following diameters: 90 mm and 140 mm 5.5 Standard soiled cloth, size: at least 140 mm diameter. I

29、f no special instructions are given, the following soiled cloth is to be used: Jeans fabric, coloured with indigo and sulphur black, soiled with olive oil and carbon black (EMPA 128). The soiled cloth must be stored under cool (4 to 10 C) and dark conditions! The manufacturers instructions on shelf-

30、life are to be observed. Note: For the development of the method, the cloth EMPA 128/1 (yard goods) EMPA 128/2 (pre-fabricated) was used. 5.6 Grey scale for assessment of colour fastness according to ISO 105-A03. 5.7 Circulating air drying chamber which is suitable to keep a constant temperature of

31、80 2 C. 5.8 Cleaning solution: 0.5% aqueous solution of sodium lauryl ether sulfate (Texapon NSO ) CAS-No. 9004-82-4. 5.9 Cloth for the cleaning: Cotton fabric corresponding to ISO 105-F09. 6 Probenahme und Konditionierung Fr Leder erfolgt die Probenahme nach ISO 2418 und die Konditionierung nach IS

Feuchte). Fr Kunstleder und Folien erfolgt die Probe- nahme nach ISO 7617-2 und die Konditionie- r

33、ung nach ISO 2231 - Klima B. Fr Textilien erfolgt die Probenahme nach EN 12751 und die Konditionierung nach ISO 139. Die Textilien sind in der Regel kaschiert zu prfen. Ab einer Gesamtdicke von 6 mm muss die Probe rckseitig auf eine Gesamtdi- cke von 6 mm abgetragen werden. Es sind mindestens zwei P

34、robekrper (ein Probekrper fr 128 und ein Probekrper fr 1000 Touren) mit einem Durchmesser von 140 mm unter Verwendung einer geeigneten Schneidvorrichtung zu entnehmen. ISO 2419 (23 C, 50 % rel. humidity). For artificial leather and films, the sampling is done according to ISO 7617-2 and the conditio

35、ning according to ISO 2231 - climate B. For textiles, the sampling is done according to EN 12751 and the conditioning according to ISO 139. The textiles are, as a rule, to be tested laminated. Starting with a total thickness 6 mm, the specimen must be reduced to a total thickness of 6 mm by removing

36、 a part from the back of the specimen. At least two specimens (one specimen for 128 and one specimen for 1000 applications) with a diameter of 140 mm are to be taken using a suitable cutting device. 7 Durchfhrung 7.1 Vorbehandlung In der Regel werden die Proben entsprechend Punkt 6 fr 24 h klimatisi

37、ert. In besonderen Fllen kann es aufschlussreich sein, Probe- krper zu prfen, nach dem dieser zuvor einer simulierten Abnutzung unterzogen wurde (z. B. Biegebeanspruchung oder Abrieb oder Vorbehandlung mit Reinigungsmittel). In die- sem Fall ist die Art der Vorbehandlung im Bericht genau zu dokument

38、ieren. 7.2 Das Anschmutzen erfolgt auf dem Scheuertisch des Martindale- Scheuerprfgertes (5.1). Der auf der Rck- seite mit dem Wollfilz (5.4) unterlegte Probe- krper ist auf dem Scheuertisch (untere Posi- tion) zu befestigen, wobei die Prfflche des zu prfenden Materials nach oben weist. Es ist siche

39、rzustellen, dass der Probekrper und der Wollfilz auf der Rckseite mittig in der Einspannvorrichtung des Scheuertisches an- geordnet sind. Zum gleichmigen und glatten Einspannen der Probe werden die Unterlage aus Filz und die Probe durch ein Aufspanngewicht von (2,5 0,5) kg Masse und einen Durchmesse

40、r von (120 10) mm an den Scheuertisch gedrckt. 7.3 Das Anschmutzgewebe ist entspre- chend ISO 12945-2 mit Filz als Unterlage auf dem Pillingprobenhalter (5.2) zu befestigen. 42、 7.2 The soiling is done on the abrasion table of the Martindale abrasion tester (5.1). The specimen which has an underlay of wool felt (5.4) should be fastened to the abrasion table (lower position) whereas the testing surface of the material to be tested is facing up. It should be ensured that the

43、 specimen and the wool felt are arranged so that their backs are in the middle of the abrasion tables clamping tool. For an even and smooth clamping of the specimen, the underlay of felt and the specimen are pressed onto the abrasion table with a stretching weight of (2.5 0.5) kg mass and a diameter

44、 of (120 10) mm. 7.3 The soiled cloth is to be attached with felt as an underlay corresponding to ISO 12945-2 onto the pilling specimen holder (5.2). 45、ach dem Einspannen aller Prfpro- ben auf den Scheuertischen und dem Auf- spannen aller den Abschnitte des An- schmutzgewebes in den Pilling-Probenhaltern werden diese ohne Pause nacheinander mit den Spindeln in die Lager eingesetzt und vor- sichtig auf den Prfprobenflchen der einzel- nen Scheuertisc

46、he aufgesetzt. Danach wird das Martindaleprfgert unverzglich in Be- wegung gesetzt. 7.5 Nach 128 Touren (16 Touren ergeben eine vollstndige Lissajou-Figur) wird das Martindaleprfgert gestoppt und einer der beiden Probekrper wird mit dem dazugeh- rigen Anschmutzgewebe entfernt. Danach wird das Gert u

47、mgehend wieder gestartet bis fr den weiteren Probekrper insgesamt 1000 Touren erreicht sind. Anschlieend werden der Probekrper und das Anschmutzgewebe umgehend entnommen. Je nach Vorgaben in Spezifikationen knnen auch nur eine der beiden bzw. abweichende Tourenzahlen verwendet werden. 7.6 Die Anschm

48、utzgewebe werden verwor- fen. Die Probekrper werden anschlieend unter folgenden Bedingungen gealtert. Je nach Anzahl der Alterungen sind die Probe- krper zu halbieren, zu dritteln bzw. zu vier- teln. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass ein ange- schmutzter Probekrperabschnitt fr die Be- wertung des Anbluten

49、s ohne vorherige Reini- gung zustzlich bentigt wird (Lagerung bis zur Bewertung dunkel im Normklima). a) Lagerung 24 h im Normklima (Punkt 6) im Dunkeln b) Wrmelagerung im Umluft- trockenschrank 24 h bei 80 C mit voller Zuluft. c) Optional Hydrolysealterung (VDA 230-208) d) Optional Alterung durch Licht und Wrme (ISO 105-B06 + Przi- sierungen nach VDA 230-203) Die Lagerung muss mit der Dekorseite nach oben er
