6、her July 2008 1 Zweck und Anwendungsbereich Die Prfung dient zur Ermittlung der Scheuer-bestndigkeit von Lederoberflchen, die im Sitzbereich verwendet werden. Dabei wird ein Martindale Prfgert n. DIN EN ISO 12947 eingesetzt. Um eine verschrfte Prfsituation zu erreichen, wie sie auch im Alltag stattf

7、in-den kann, wird unter der Probe eine Kugel-platte platziert. 1 Scope and application This test is intended to determine the abrasion resistance of leather surfaces used in the seating area. A Martindale test apparatus in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12947 is used for the purpose. In order to achieve

8、 a more severe test situation as it may be found in day-to-day use a ball plate is placed underneath the specimen. 2 Prfgerte und Hilfsmittel Der Abriebversuch erfolgt mit dem Martindale Prfgert (DIN EN ISO 12947). F.) konditioniert (siehe auch ISO 2419). 3 Test specimens Condition the test specimens in standard at-mosphere (23C, 50% r.h.) for at least 24 hours

16、 (also refer to ISO 2419). 4 Durchfhrung 4.1. Einspannen der Lederprobe Mit folgendem Prfaufbau wird der Proben-tisch belegt: Filz (2e), Kugelplatte (2g), Le-derprobe. Damit es zu keiner Faltenbildung kommt wird zum Aufspannen der Probe das Aufspannge-wicht (2b) verwendet. Die Kugelplatte ist so in

17、das Prfgert einzu-bauen, dass ihr Gitternetz parallel zu den Di-agonalen der Quadratflche der LissajousFigur ausgerichtet ist (d.h. Bild 1 deckungs-gleich zu Bild 2). 4 Execution 4.1. Mounting of the leather sample Place the following test set-up on the speci-men table: felt (2e), ball plate (2g), l

18、eather specimen. Use mounting weight (2b) for mounting the specimen to ensure that no wrinkles are formed. Install the ball plate into the test apparatus so that its grid is aligned parallel to the diagonals of the square of the Lissajous figure (i.e. Fig. 1 congruent to Fig. 2). 4.2. Prfung: Varian

Prfung Die Probe wird unter Verwendung eines Be-lastungsgewichtes von 12 kPa (2c) ange-scheuert. Die Prfmaschine w

23、ird dabei so eingestellt, dass eine groe Lissajous Figur erzeugt wird (Abstand der Achse des Antriebstiftes von der Mittelachse des Getriebes: 30,25 0,25 mm). 4.3. Test Abrade the specimen using a loading weight of 12 kPa (2c). Adjust the test apparatus such that a large Lissajous figure is generate

Prfende Die Prfung ist beendet, wenn an mindestens 4 Stellen der Probe die Faserstruktur des Le-ders sichtbar ist. 4.4. End point The end point is reached when the fiber struc-ture of the leather is visibl

25、e in at least 4 places. 4.5. Prfgenauigkeit Das Entstehen der Fehlstellen ist auf 100 Scheuerzyklen genau anzugeben. Zum Bewerten der Probe ist die Prfung anzu-halten und die Probe visuell zu begutachten. Anschlieend wird die Prfung wieder gestartet. Dieses Vorgehen wird so lange fortgefhrt bis 4 Fe

26、hlstellen erzeugt wurden. Es ist sinnvoll einen Vorversuch durchzufh-ren (z.B. mit einer Genauigkeit von 500 Scheuerzyklen). Dadurch kann die Prfzeit erheblich verkrzt werden. 4.5. Test accuracy The formation of breakdowns must be indi-cated with an accuracy of 100 abrasion cycles.To assess the spec

27、imen, stop the test and evaluate the specimen visually. Then restart the test. Repeat this procedure until 4 breakdowns have been created. The execution of a pretest is expedient (e.g. with an accuracy of 500 rub cycles). This will allow the test period to be shortened signifi-cantly. 4.6. Hilfsmitt

28、el zur Fehlererkennung Zur Fehlererkennung kann eine 50-fache Vergrerungseinrichtung verwendet werden (2i), die es erlaubt die Probe im eingebauten Zustand zu bewerten. 4.6. Aids for breakdown detection To detect breakdowns, a magnification device with 50x magnification may be used (2i) which allows
