6、icated in 2.2, a component of a product covered by this standard shall comply with therequirements for that component. See Appendix A of the Standard for Motor Control Centers, UL 845, fora list of standards covering components generally used in the products covered by this standard.2.2 A component

7、is not required to comply with a specific requirement that:a) Involves a feature or characteristic not required in the application of the component in theproduct covered by this standard, orb) Is superceded by a requirement in this standard.2.3 A component shall be used in accordance with its rating

8、 established for the intended conditions ofuse.2.4 Specific components are incomplete in construction features or restricted in performance capabilities.Such components are intended for use only under limited conditions, such as certain temperatures notexceeding specified limits, and shall be used o

13、ruction requirements for motor controlcenter units in the Standard for Motor Control Centers, UL 845, and in addition Sections3-6.Theinvestigation will include, but is not limited to:a) Spacings evaluation, such as electrical spacings, wiring space, and wire bending space;b) Openings in the classifi

14、ed motor control center unit enclosure, framework, or door when theclassified motor control center unit is installed in the specified motor control center;c) Accessibility of wiring terminals with the classified motor control center unit installed in aspecified motor control center;d) Use of the cla

15、ssified motor control center unit and the specified motor control center externalhandle when applicable; ande) Suitability of the classified motor control center unit and the specified motor control centerdoor interlock when applicable.PERFORMANCE6 General6.1 A classified motor control center unit s
