Although this is the rst-time publicat

5、ion of this Standard by UL, it is being published as the Third edition in order to align ULs edition number with that of the IEC Standard. As a result, one or more UL edition numbers have been skipped to match that of the IEC edition number. The new requirements are substantially in accordance with
