The risk of fire due to spacings below the required values iscovered by the requirements of Abnormal Operation - Charging Systems, Clause 11.1.RATIONALE FOR DECISION:Unexpected starting of the appliance will not introduce a hazard unless it results in a risk of injury,

5、suchas due to an exposed moving part capable of causing injury. This CRD is intended to clarify Clause 20.2to indicate that clearance and creepage distances less than those specified in Table 20.1 are acceptableif shorting of those spacings does not result in a risk of injury or fire.Copyright 2018
