Theresults are considered acceptable if there is no change in the measured operating characteristics of morethan 5 percent.when the o

4、perating characteristics are found to be consistent and in accordance with theperformance characteristics specified by the manufacturer.RATIONALE FOR DECISION:At the inception of SU 2367, the acceptance criteria for IC Current Limiters subjected to the Re-CalibrationTest was that no appreciable chan

5、ge should be evident when the results were compared to the resultsfrom the same device that underwent the Calibration Test in the As Received condition. To quantify thestatement no appreciable change it was proposed and adopted to change the acceptance criteria to the5 percent stated in Paragraph 10

6、.7 above. However, throughout the course of several investigations, ithas been noted that the 5 percent mandate is not reasonable for these devices, as they can exceed the5 percent value under a Re-Calibration Test but still perform within the manufacturers operating curve orspecification. Based on
