5、ides planning, design, construction, sustainment, restoration, and modernization criteria, and applies to the Military Departments, the Defense Agencies, and the DoD Field Activities in accordance with USD(AT however, these benefits should be realized: Simplify construction and avoid installation co
6、sts in many new and renovated facilities by permitting combined MNS and fire alarm systems. Simplify procurement of MNS equipment by requiring consistency with national consensus standards for MNS. Ensure future MNS will coordinate with the new national “public alert and warning system” required by
7、Executive Order 13407 of 28 June 2006.
