The serving SPI is included in the CHANNEL STREAM IDENTIFICATION message sent from an MDBS to ail M-ESs, as defined in IS-732-4051. It is also sen

35、t in the RDR message to the home MD-IS to allow the authorization of serving CDPD services on a basis which considers the particular licensed facilities-based cellular Service Provider. Identi the owner of the subscriber relationship. The Primary SPI is passed by the home MD-IS to the serving MD-IS,

36、 in the HomeInfo field of the RDC message at registration time. This indicates where the Home Accounting Segments are to be sent. A SPNI may

40、represent a System Identifier (SID) assigned by the Federal Communications Commission to a Metropolitan or Rural Service Area (MSARSA). This can identify the home market for a M-ES, its preferred markets, andior its ?A? and or ?B? Service Provider preference. One or more SPNIs may be associated with

41、 a single SID; each SID may be associated with at most one SPNI. 43、 Relationship Identifier (BFU) uniquely identifies a business relationship for Service Providers. The BIU may be the Billing Identifier (BID) currently used internally by a Service Provider as a means to further define the relationships associated with an AMPS System Identifier (SID) on a settlement

44、 basis for revenue management. This may include the association of one or more partnerships involved with revenue sharing of services. The home BRI is maintained by the Service Providers accounting service and is passed from the home MD-IS to the serving MD-IS, in the HomeInfo field. The serving BRI
