18、llowing requirements; hardness testing shall be performed in accordance with ASTM A 370:3.3.1 MacrostructureVisual examination of transverse full cross sections from bars, billets, and forging stock, etched in hot hydrochloric acid, in accordance with ASTM E 381, shall show no pipe or cracks. Porosi
