10、Aerospace Information Report (AIR) covers information relative to ULDs (Unit Load Devices) container and pallet configurations, maximum usable container, pallet and bulk compartment volumes and tare weights for the lower deck of various wide-body aircraft. Bulk compartment volumes are also included
11、for standard-body aircraft. 1.1 Purpose This document brings together data concerning the lower deck capacity of wide-body and standard- body airplanes. The information includes airplanes manufactured by Airbus, Boeing, British Aerospace, British Aircraft, Fokker-VFW, Hawker Siddeley, Ilyushin, Lock

NOTES AND DEFINITIONS Container and pallet configurations are shown as arrangements 1, 2, 3, et

Combinations of differing ULDs within a compartment are also possible within the constraints of each particular aircraft. Arrangements for wide-body containers such as the Air Transport Association (ATA) t

They occupy an equivalent space of two LD-1 or LD-3 containers in the wide-body configuration. In addition, arrangements for ATA type LD-4 and LD-8 containers are not included a

ATA type LD-7 and LD-9 containers are not included as they have the equivalent base size of 88 in x 125 in pallet. For data on the above ULDs, see Appendix A. Container volume used in each configurat

Some weights and measures in this document are listed in a minimum-to-maximum range. A midpoint figure ma

The airline or airframe manufacturer should be consulted for the cargo loading system configuration for a specific airplane or
