BROAD FABRICS VISUAL DEFECTS DICTIONARY FOR PIA-C-7020 FABRIC (GUIDE) The Parachute Industry Association makes this document available for use by the Industry and Government organizations that wish t

2、o apply this specification to their products. 1. SCOPE 1.1 Purpose. This commercial specification references defects, descriptions and numbering sequences as identified in PIA-C-7020. They are only for use as a reference in conjunction with PIA-C-7020. Pictures are representative. 1.2 Scale. The sca

3、le shown in each of the following illustrated pictures which is: 1 square equals approximately 1/4 inch. The pictures of the fabric defects have been enlarged so that the defect can be seen clearer. 1.3 Visual defects dictionary. This visual defects dictionary is not intended to serve as a replaceme

4、nt or supersession to the PIA-C-7020 specification for rejection purposes. 1.4 Users submit own pictures. We encourage users to submit their own pictures of defects to the PIA Point of Contact identified in the “Notice: Section” on the last page of this document. We can provide guidelines in clarity
