    36、 Control - The interrogator set shall be con- trolled by an operator. Controls are required to initiate operation, select the desired IFF mode, and codes, maintain code changer setting when aircraft power is turned off and to control loop testing (see 3.4.1.6) .     37、nterrogator set shall. contain built-in performance monitor circuitry which shall sample critical operating parameters and indicate malfunction.     40、sources are required for - the interrogator set: (reference 3.3.14) (1) 115 volts - 400 Hz - single phase (2) 28 volts - dc 3.4.2.2 Power Control - The interrogator set will become operative when +28 volts dc is supplied to the receiver-transmitter and to the switch-amplifier provided that 115 volts
