SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This speci

Samples, when furnished, are solely for guidance and information to the contractor (see 6.3). Variations from this specification may appear in the sample, in which case this

When specified (see 6.2), the contractor shall furnish sample unit(s) for first article inspection and approval (see 4.3). 3.3 Materials. 3.3.1 Leather. The leather used in the fabrication of the glove, shall conform to the requirements specified in 3
14、.3.1.1 and 3.3.1.2. * 3.3.1.1 Hand section. The leather used for the entire hand section of glove, palm and back side, reinforcement patches, and welts (thumb, finger tips, and finger base), shall be cattlehide conforming to type V of KK-L-2004, The thickness of each leather component part shall be

The stitch, seam, and stitching types specified in table II shall conform to PED-STD-751, type 401 is used, the chain effect or looper (underthread) shall be on the inside of the glove.
