19、 Government for procurement of items as delivered, but in no war assumes any part of the contractors responsibility for design and satisfactory performance. the equipment fails to meet service requirements of the intended appli- cation, although approved by the duly authorized agent, the contractor
20、is not relieved of responsibility to correct defects and make such changes as may be necessary to meet service requirements, without additional cost to the Government. 25、ype I or II, class i), PPP-B-585 (class 1 or 2), PPP-B-591 (domestic type), PPP-B-601 (domestic type), PPP-B-621 (class i), and MIL-E10377 (domestic type), respec- tively. item within the shipping container.
