Deviations from the requir
4、ements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Fix the seat onto the jig and fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate so that the seat slider lies horizontal. 4.2.2 Fix th
5、e seat operating parts to design standard points. 4.2.3 Place 64 Kg weight on the seat cushion. 4.2.4 Fix the cushion frame and weight to both ends of the wire and install it onto the pulley for free-falling as shown in Figure 1. 4.2.5 After releasing the slide lock, place and fix the slide to the s
6、lide endmost point. 4.2.6 Remove the fixed force to free-fall 80Kg weight. 4.2.7 Apply impact load to the slider stopper by moving the slide along the operating section through weight free-falling. 4.2.8 After conducting 4.2.5 and 4.2.6, 3 times, check the front slider stopper. 4.2.9 After conductin
