    3、 SPACER FABRIC BACKED 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are laminates consisting of a solid thermoplastic olefin (TPO) film, and various fabric backings. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally as a flexible covering with or without decorative stitching, to manua

    4、lly wrap and adhesively bond to a plastic substrate for instrument panel applications. 2.1 LIMITATIONS The WSS-M2F208-A2 material should not be used for seamless Passenger Airbag (PAB) applications. If the plastic substrate is an olefin based material, it must be pretreated with adhesion promoter or

    5、 flame or plasma treatment and no slip agent should be present unless validated with the slip agent. The decorative thread and stitching must be evaluated by Design. The sewing must be done in a way to not show the substrate and or backing fabric. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUC

    6、TION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-C1/Latest, Performance, Vehicle Interior Environment Qu

    7、ality Material/Component Requirements. Data must be included in material submission package. 3.1.2 Performance Criteria: Parts using this specification shall meet the appropriate performance specification, WSS-M15P45-B/Latest and if sewn, the thread must comply to WSS-M8P5-C.     20、n gloss will be evaluated by Materials Engineering for acceptability. 3.18 RESISTANCE TO SCUFFING (SAE J365, 250 cycles) The surface shall show no evidence of wear through, lifting, peeling or excessive scuffing and the color shall be compatible to the adjacent unabraded area. A change in gloss will be evaluated by Materials Engineering for acceptability. 3.19 RESISTANCE TO CLEANING AGENTS Rating 4 min (FLTM BN 107-01, 10 cycles, AATCC Evaluation Procedure 2) Test Procedure: Saturate white cotton cloth with the cleaners listed. Evaluation according to
