National foreword This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 22 “Road vehicles” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France) in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 278 “Road transport and traffic telematics” (Secretariat: NEN, Netherlands)

In this standard, the units “sone” and “mph” are used. It should, however, be noted that the Gesetz ber Einh

    7、eiten im Messwesen (German Law on units in metrology) prohibits the use of these units for official and commercial purposes in Germany. The conversion of “sone” is given in Annex B of this document: N = 2(L/10) where N = sone and L = dB Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN ISO 15006:2007-02

    8、as follows: a) in Subclause 4.2 “Signal levels”, further requirements relating to measuring sound loudness (4.2.2), audibility (4.2.3) and time from onset to full loudness (4.2.5) have been included; the former Subclause 4.2.4 “Flexibility of the signal level” has been deleted; b) in Subclause 5.2 “

    9、Temporal classification of auditory signals”, further requirements relating to time-critical safety warnings have been included; c) in Subclause 5.3 “Non-speech coding Tonal signals”, the description of the test has been deleted; d) Subclause 5.4 “Speech coding” has been rendered more precise and fu

    10、rther requirements have been included; e) Annex A “Masked specific loudness SNR procedure” and Annex B “Converting between SPL and specific loudness” have been revised and rendered more precise; f) further examples have been included for clarification.     25、icle are an integrated system that includes the environment, the primary vehicle controls, the instrumentation, and the transport information and control systems (TICS). The driving task, and human capabilities and limitations, are other primary factors. TICS are intended to support the drivers prim

    26、ary task, and therefore it is expected that the overall workload of the driver will not be negatively influenced, while performance and comfort should be increased.The multitude of information to be displayed to the driver through TICS may create the need to minimize visual load and make more and be

    27、tter use of the auditory channel. This International Standard provides ergonomic specifications for the design and installation of auditory displays presenting speech and tonal information while driving. The aim of these specifications is to help designers to provide auditory signals which meet usab

    28、ility, comfort and safety criteria.EN ISO 15006:2011 (E) DINEN ISO 15006:2012-0441 ScopeThis International Standard establishes ergonomic specifications for the presentation of auditory information related to transport information and control systems (TICS) through speech or sounds. It applies prima

    29、rily to the use of auditory displays to the driver when the vehicle is in motion, but it may also be applied when the vehicle is stationary. It presents a set of requirements and recommendations for in-vehicle auditory signals from TICS, and provides characteristics and functional factors for maximi

    47、 Hz to 8 000 Hz.4.1.2 Tonal signalsFor tonal signals, the main audible component should lie between 400 Hz and 2 000 Hz to protect against decreased audibility due to age-related hearing loss 22.A broadband signal or a mix of narrowband signals with distinctly separated centre frequencies should be
