National foreword This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 58 “Gas cylinders” and has been taken over by Technical Committee CEN/TC 286 “Liquefied petr

    5、oleum gas equipment and accessories” (Secretariat: NSAI, Ireland). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Druckgasanlagen (Pressurized Gas Installations Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 016-00-06 AA Flssiggas-Gerte und Ausrstung; Spiegelausschuss zu

    6、 CEN/TC 286. A minor discrepancy in ISO 14245:2006 was not discovered until CEN decided to adopted that standard unchanged. In Clause 2, Table 1, the test temperature for test no. 16 is given as 65 (/2,5) C, while in 5.18 this temperature is given as 65 C (/5) C. The first-mentioned tolerance (/2,5)

    7、 C is to be taken. The DIN Standards corresponding to the International Standards referred to in this document are as follows: ISO 11114-1 DIN EN ISO 11114-1 ISO 11114-2 DIN EN ISO 11114-2 ISO 11116-1 DIN EN ISO 11116-1 ISO 10920 and ISO 11116-1 have been replaced by ISO 11363-1 which has been taken

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by Dec

It refers only to technical suitability and does not a

    29、bsolve the user from legal obligations relating to health and safety at any stage. It has been assumed in the drafting of this International Standard that execution of its provisions is entrusted to appropriately qualified and experienced people.     30、ope This International Standard specifies the requirements for design, specification and type testing for dedicated LPG self-closing cylinder valves specifically for use with transportable refillable LPG cylinders from 0,5 l up to 150 l water capacity. It includes references to associated equipment

    31、for vapour or liquid service. NOTE Annex B gives recommendations for production testing and inspection.     49、 The valve shall be capable of withstanding: operating pressures and test pressures; mechanical stresses, including dynamic loads such as pressure shocks or cyclic changes; operating temperatures. NOTE Pressures are gauge pressure unless otherwise specified. There shall be valve external and internal leak tightness for the full range of pressure and temperature conditions.
