The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering

6、 Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 060-18-04 AA Grokchenmaschinen of Section Nahrungsmittelmaschinen. Stakeholders were involved in the development of the standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the new “Machinery Directive”,

7、Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of that directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European U

8、nion, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in Clause 2 and in the Bibliography of the EN have been published as the

9、 corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12852:2001-10 as follows: a) the standard has been brought in line with the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC; b) Annex ZA (informative) “Relationship between this European Standard and

This European Standard is a type C standard as stated in EN ISO 12100.“ The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and events are covered

29、are indicated in the scope of this standard. DIN EN 12852:2011-02 EN 12852:2001+A1:2010 (E) 5 1 Scope 1.1 This European Standard specifies the safety and hygiene requirements for the design and manufacture of food processors and blenders. It applies to food processors and blenders having a bo

31、wl which is stationary while the food is being processed. The total volume of the bowl is less than or equal to 150 l. The machines covered by this standard are intended to carry out various types of operations such as: mincing, mixing, blending, whipping, using a large number of products and raw ma

32、terials, and which are used in food and catering industries such as restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and pubs. !This European Standard specifies all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to food processors and blenders, when they are used as intended and under conditions of

33、misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). This European Standard deals with the hazards which can arise during commissioning, operation, cleaning, removal of food blockages, feeding, changing the tools, maintenance and decommissioning of the machine.“ 1.2 This stand

Small machines called “shakers“ which are dedicated to blending liquid, with an impellor, usually driven from above are excluded. !deleted text“
