The nominal

9、 plan dimensions recommended are those given in ISO3676 buttheInternational Standard additionally specifies dimensional deviations of+0, 40mm. These deviations may cause problems in practice when the unit load is based on a pallet of identical plan dimensions, where ISO/DIS 6780-1 1)specifies tolera

The dimensional deviations specified in ISO3676 are to be reconsidered by the responsible ISO Technical Committee but pending resolution of this aspect the BSI commi

All nominal plan dimensions recommended in this standard are related to the dimensions of pallets in general use for the through transit of goods. The preferred unit load

15、size forms part of the modular system based on the 600mm 400mm module, which incorporates the preferred ISO pallet size1200mm 1000mm. Factors affecting actual plan dimensions of unit loads are load bulge, which may arise from filling, compression or setting, and stacking irregularity which occurs pa

16、rticularly in the manual formulation of transit package layers in a unit load (seeFigure 1). When choosing transport package materials and forming the unit load, consideration should be given to transit and storage conditions and every effort should be made to ensure that the unit load length and wi
