    13、ted to know what kind of program we were running. Staff members not knowing where our clients are and whom they are with is damaging to the good reputation of our staff and program. Therefore, a sign-out board should be located by Bettys desk, where employees write down where they and the clients are going and when they expect to be back. We can turn this into a learning experience for our clients. Then when a social worker stops by to see someone who isnt here, we can simply look at the sign-out board to tell where the client is and when he or she will return.
